St. Albert, AB – Talon Scinocca scored two goals and added two assists to fuel the Okanagan Hockey Academy U15 Prep to a 7-2 thrashing over the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes at Troy Murray Arena on Sunday.
Capping off the scoring for the Okanagan Hockey Academy U15 Prep was Rhys Parker and Cooper Giarraputo, Gage Mark, Cohen Short and Brysten Campbell contributing with a goal each. Ryder Young. Goaltender Maddox Slater turned aside 36 shots for the Okanagan Hockey Academy U15 Prep in the win.
The win snapped the Okanagan Hockey Academy U15 Prep's four-game losing skid.
Sniping for the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes was Bennett Green and Maxwell Suter each tallying single markers. Goaltender Brady Sobraske made five saves in the loss for the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes.
With the win, the Okanagan Hockey Academy U15 Prep improve to 1-4-0-0 while the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes fall to 1-4-0-0.
