St. Albert, AB – Kalen Miles scored a hat-trick and added an assist as the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep extended its winning streak to five games with a 8-2 pounding over the Red Deer Rebels at Mark Messier Arena on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep was Corbin Dunphy with two goals, Teagen Bouchard and Easton Arndt and Ahmad Fayad with a goal each. Dunphy, Luka Samu, Cole Krebs, Cruz Jim, Riley Brown and Will Kelts each added two assists. Goaltender Dawson Sheehan turned aside nine shots for the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep in the win.

Striking for the Red Deer Rebels was Brooks Newfield and Cruz Nicolay chipping in with a goal each. Madden Daneault added two assists. Goaltender Jace Lansing made 48 saves in the loss for the Red Deer Rebels.

With the win, the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep improve to 5-0-0-0 while the Red Deer Rebels fall to 2-1-0-1.
