St. Albert, AB – Deklan Marks scored a goal including his third goal of the tournament with 8:52 remaining in the third period and and added an assist to guide the Calgary Northstars to a 3-2 conquest over the BWC Academy U15 Prep at Mark Messier Arena on Saturday.

Rounding out the scoring for the Calgary Northstars was Damien Lavallée, Esmond Fong chipping in with a goal each. Goaltender Evan Wandler turned aside 32 shots for the Calgary Northstars in the win.

Cashing in for the BWC Academy U15 Prep was Justin Moon and Liam Bordt each adding single tallies. Goaltender Bentley Edgar made 26 saves in the loss for the BWC Academy U15 Prep.

With the win, the Calgary Northstars improve to 3-2-0-0 while the BWC Academy U15 Prep fall to 2-1-0-1.
