St. Albert, AB – Cole Hamakawa scored a goal and Luca Vaugeois scored in round six of the shootout to give the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna a 3-2 win over the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep at Troy Murray Arena on Friday.

Capping off the scoring for the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna was Luca Vaugeois with a single tally. Goaltender Dylan Mingo turned aside 54 shots for the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna in the win.

Sniping for the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep was Ethan Kitchen and Tripp Fischer contributing with a goal each. Goaltender Jack Utsunomiya made 16 saves in the loss for the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep.

With the win, the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna improve to 1-2-0-0 while the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep fall to 2-0-0-1.
