St. Albert, AB – Luke Wong scored a goal, including the game-winning goal with 3:51 left in overtime, as the Calgary Northstars topped the Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep 3-2 at Performance Arena on Friday.

Also scoring for the Calgary Northstars was Kash Codd, Damien Lavallée each adding a goal. Brook Haile added two assists. Goaltender Evan Wandler turned aside 24 shots for the Calgary Northstars in the win.

Lighting the lamp for the Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep was Tony Cabelka and Parker Mcmillan with a goal each. Goaltender Gavin Craig made 31 saves in the loss for the Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep.

With the win, the Calgary Northstars improve to 2-1-0-0 while the Yale Hockey Academy U15 Prep fall to 1-1-0-1.
