St. Albert, AB – Alexander Petukhov turned aside all 33 shots he faced and Braxton Baker scored two goals and added three assists to lift the STAR Hockey Academy U15 Prep to an 8-0 clobbering over the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna at Mark Messier Arena on Thursday.

Capping off the scoring for the STAR Hockey Academy U15 Prep was Daniel Makovetskiy and Ronin Brunner with a pair of goals each, Levi Ellingsen and Blaise Weibye each adding single tallies. Baker and Ellingsen each added three assists, Makovetskiy and Weibye each added two assists.

Goaltender Gunner Podollan made 14 saves in the loss for the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna.

With the win, the STAR Hockey Academy U15 Prep improve to 1-1-0-0 while the RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna fall to 0-2-0-0.
