St. Albert, AB – Ahmad Fayad scored two goals as the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep extended its winning streak to five games with a 6-2 clobbering over the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep at Mark Messier Arena on Saturday.

Capping off the scoring for the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep was Cruz Jim and Teagen Bouchard, Joel Ngandu and Cole Krebs contributing with a goal each. Parker Naumann added two assists. Goaltender Karter Gibson turned aside 11 shots for the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep in the win.

Cashing in for the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep was Ethan Kitchen and Peter Banicevic each adding single tallies. Goaltender Jack Utsunomiya made 35 saves in the loss for the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep.

Jim deposited his first of the tournament into an empty net with 1:52 left in the third period to seal the win for the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep.

With the win, the Northern Alberta Xtreme U15 Prep improve to 5-0-0-0 while the Delta Hockey Academy U15 Prep fall to 3-1-0-1.
